The rCHMIS platform is a combination of tools that support real-time data for decisions at the household level, as well as for the health system managers in the settlements.A mobile-based application for the community health volunteers or “VHTs” to deliver doorstep preventive, curative and palliative care to every member of the community. The mobile application’s offline-first workflows are designed as care guides to support delivery of high quality and evidence-based care to community members and patients.Aggregated programme dashboards for supervisors and other health programme personnel to provide insights that support impact monitoring and health programme quality of care and services. The dashboard merges with the active mobile app to complete a comprehensive health information system that allows all settlement partners to monitor programme activity in a single place.
