Founded by two medical doctors with passion in computer programming and electronics, Smart Health aims to make healthcare services more accessible, affordable and efficient. We develop user-driven mobile health applications to connect patients along the journey of care. Smart Health Ltd was the only African startup to have made it to the finals of the European Telemedicine Innovation Competition in Oslo, Norway. Our first application, Doctor Assistant, which is a free EMR App has been published on the first page of the WHO Compendium of Innovative Health Technologies for Low Resource Settings.
