ABOUT THE GLOBAL SOUTH E-HEALTH OBSERVATORY (ODESS) :

Created at the initiative of the Pierre Fabre Foundation, the missions of the Observatory are to identify, document, promote and assist in developing e-health initiatives which improve the access to health care and quality medicines for the most impoverished populations in countries with limited resources. It positions itself as a referent and a link for the development of e-health in Southern countries.
